 the promise the guy turned away and slowly walk off with a slight bittersweet feeling in him. the lady waited. waiting for the the guy to turn around and look into her eyes for one more time before their promise to meet again in the future. the guy continued walking on. disappointed,the lady turned and walk off. the guy finally gather enough courage to look into her eyes one more time. her eyes that symbolizes everything including the future. but as he turned,he could only see the lady walking off,drifting further and further away. the guy turned and continue his journey,his journey towards his next stage of life,being without her. as their footsteps widens the gap between them physically,their hearts are reaching out for unison as time passes by. they thought of their conversation earlier on. they had made a promise.the promise to marry each other next time. both of them love each other. they had spent laughter,sadness,anger and joy together. but as if a game planned out by destiny, both of them had different goals and views. they had to walk a separate route in life. does it mean the end of their love? i doubt so. their love was supposed to be strong and ever-lasting. yet they are forced to make a decision now. he caressed her hair saying,' you know you will be the one that i will marry in the future.' she replied with a nod. 'you are the only one who i can think of growing old with me,but it seems that our paths are now at a crossroad,'she said. both of them decided. they would serve their commitments during their prime now, achieving what they wishes to all this while. at the end of the day, they would come back to each other, feeling the warmth in each other's arms once again. fulfilling their sweet little wish of growing old with each other. but can that promise last? whack / 7:16 AM |
