 degradation for the past 2 weeks,i have been degrading at an exponential rate.....i have been smoking, drinking eating excessively, gambling and sleeping at an early time. by early time i mean 5am or 6 am? LOL! i have done everything.....except for playing girls lar....hahahahaha i am still an innocent boy okay! within 2 weeks, went pubbing open up bottles of henessy and martell drinking barrels of beers, smoking like 2 packs of cigarettes....damn! i am so condemned LOL! i need to do something about it...i need to watch my diet and regain my fitness level....somebody, anybody, please help me! the t-shirt at icb(my working place) is actually quite tight at the sleeves, it motivates me to train harder for my biceps and shoulders, haiz what to do.....people who's looks cannot make it must make it up in terms of physique and character, but as a server, it's hard to see my kind character LOL! so i can only work harder for my body....i have been saying i want to train hard...but still not much results man!haiz! holidays ending soon, i am going to waste my life! yes! waste it before school reopens....and come school reopens i am going to be a better student, ganbarimasu!(i will do my best):) -希望你能别烦了 whack / 10:23 AM |
